Just some designs Ive been working on for a face book application called wrestler.

MONEEN................aka?

These glam rockers will hopefully soon be making there debut appearance in an animated music video, for the song "The Great Escape", by Canadian rockers Moneen. I'm not exactly sure when the video will be officially released, but we should be wrapping up production in about 6 or 7 weeks.

But there is one issue these fictional rockers have no name yet. Any suggestions?

WRESTLER PARTICLES

Did this for a change of pace , a short animated intro for the wrestler application on facebook, I used Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Sony Vegas Pro to make this 10 second clip.



I'm so damn tired of animating, over the last 2 weeks Ive completed 10 scenes of rough animation and 5 cleans cleaned up, and I'm still about 2 days behind schedule. so to day I decided I needed a break from the pencil. I felt giving the old after effects a whirl for old times sake. I found this really neat tutorial on particle FX and expression scripts, took me about 3 or 4 hours to finally get it the way I wanted it. YAY FOR PARTICLES, JUST BRING ON THE VOLUMETRIC FOG AND 3D LIGHTING effects , and Ill be good to go!

Hells Lawyer

Making his debut on Feb. 4th, 2008. Lawyer was a rookie with promise who started out in Ottawa as "The ConMan". He later then joined The Church of Hell and Consequences and became a long time member. In April of 2008 he experienced a mental breakdown and went through over 80 stables and 150+ random gimmicks for about two months. His one character that still sticks around from time-to-time is Captain Changyname. His tag team partner High King of Death - Max and his other friend Sir Anubis complete the trio known as Scum of the Earth.

Signature Move:

The Bar Exam - You begin this move by performing a choke slam in the middle of the ring and leaving your opponent there while you run out of and slide under the ring, emerging shortly after with a three-foot-long baseball bat. Entering the ring again, you stand over your opponent and begin reciting the details of a medical ethics case study, while beating them in the head with the bat. When you're done, you give your opponent a listening-comprehension test about the case study, beating him for each incorrect answer...or for whatever reason you see fit. ***The Following Move Has Been Donated By Nut crusher***

FBW CLOTHING DESIGNS

I have no idea where I find the time to do stuff like this. between college, commissions, animating a music and eating and sleeping, some how I want more this is my attempt to get my foot in the door to design some make believe clothing for a make believe inter net wrestling game. I realise these may not be the greatest I only had a low res bitmap image to use as a template.

The Legendary Mr and Mrs Dunkarino

Mrs. Dunkarino

Faith Connor (formally known as The Piratess) spent her childhood on the high seas moving around from ship to ship. Wrestling became a huge part of her life and here she is to tell the tale. She is married to The Legendary El Dunkarino. She loves him very much, the pair have caused quite a stir since they got together. They tied the knot on 07/08/08 in a small private ceremony whilst they were on vacation in St Lucia.First female wrestler to be inducted into the Hall of Fame.

The Legendary El Dunkarino

People say that I'm a bad influence...The Legendary El Dunkarino has been making an impact since arriving in FBW in early 2008. After starting off as a face, with minimal success, he turned heel and started his crusade to rid FBW of all the "legends" who are living off past glories. He caught the eye of The Program with his trash talking skills and natural ability. He was a perfect fit in The Program, until it was blown up. He is married to Faith Connor, and will protect her, until his last breath.

THE .MONEEN. PROJECT

Well, I thought I would have much more blog entries in regards to the Moneen project, But I just found out I'm lazy when it comes to this sort of crap. Me and the others have been super duper busy over the last 4 or 5 months. writing out scripts or "story treatments" as some like to call it. rough story boards , good story boards, revised story boards have all been completed. we have ironed out the kinks in the timing the pacing , filled out the "THE DOPE SHEETS". .........Arghhh......rough lieca reel s after effects , pencils mouse pads cameras light bulbs paper coffee snow sleep timing email perspective you tube , David lee Roth , sweaty man bulge, power slide.

AND SO IT BEGINS ....... actual animation. Ive been animating a mad man if a mad man could animate. in total we have about 12 to 15 scenes rough animated through, and I plan on starting some clean up this week end.
